Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Helpful Travel Marketing website, the Helpful Guest Suite platform and related implementation services. They are provided for information and do not constitute legal advice.

Services

We provide hospitality software together with setup, implementation, onboarding and maintenance as agreed in each engagement. Scope, fees and term are defined in the applicable proposal or order.

Property responsibilities

• Providing accurate property information for use as approved knowledge.
• Reviewing and confirming guest service requests.
• Ensuring displayed prices, policies and availability are correct.
• Holding the rights to any content supplied to us.

Guest requests

Guest service submissions are requests, not confirmed bookings. Confirmation is the responsibility of the property unless an integration explicitly confirms availability.

AI outputs

AI-generated responses are assistive and may be incomplete. The property remains responsible for the accuracy of the information it approves. See the AI Usage Policy.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
